Frequently asked questions
What can I get help with?
Setting up HUDrift overlays inside OBS, configuring the tournament bracket, connecting your Discord server for signup and check-ins, troubleshooting Twitch and YouTube integrations, importing rosters and sponsor packs, and any questions about caster lower thirds, scene switching or live scoreboards. If it's broadcast-related, we can help.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Email support is answered within one business day, Monday to Friday (AEST). Most questions in the community Discord get answered within a few hours by either the team or another tournament organiser who has solved the same problem before.
Is there a community I can join?
Yes — the HUDrift Discord is where casters, streamers and tournament organisers share overlay setups, swap feedback on upcoming features, request new game integrations and get peer support. It's the fastest place to talk to the team directly and the first place new releases are announced.
Reporting a bug or requesting a feature
We treat bug reports and feature requests as first-class feedback. Include reproduction steps, screenshots or a short clip if you can, and we'll triage it onto the public roadmap.
