Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and HUDrift (operated by Hudrift PTY LTD, the "Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
Who can use HUDrift
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any third-party rights.
- Harass, defame, or impersonate other users.
- Submit content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to bypass security or rate limits, scrape data at scale, or interfere with the service.
- Use tournament participant data (Discord usernames, in-game handles, emails) for any purpose other than running the tournament you've been authorised to manage.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users or to us.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
